## What we collect

When you submit our contact form — or the equivalent [public API endpoint](/openapi.json), CLI, or MCP tool — we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. The inquiry is delivered by email to our team inbox (HQ@aixai.co.in).

## What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your contact-form data for advertising. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

## Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations, which is also how per-IP rate limiting works.

## Data retention and your rights

Contact inquiries are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time by emailing HQ@aixai.co.in, and we will confirm once it is removed.
